Microwave 750W Take the frozen pie foil mould and place on a plate. Place the plate in the microwave and heat for about 3.5 minutes. Let the pie stand for a few minutes to allow the temperature to equalise. Oven 175°C Heat the oven to 175ºC. Remove the frozen pie from its packaging and place it on a tray in the centre of the oven. Heat for 20-25 minutes or until the pie feels heated through. Keep in mind that the power output between different ovens/microwave ovens can vary and so can the cooking time.
