Cooking instructions
Frying pan: Thaw the product in the refrigerator +4°C. Fry the fillets in a pan with a little oil. Medium heat for 3-5 minutes. Turn the fillets frequently in the pan. The product should have a core temp of 72°C. Oven: First, fry the (thawed) fillets over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes to obtain a good colour. Then place the pieces in the oven for 5 minutes at 175°C. The product should have a core temp of 72°C.
